PEAK Engineering & Automation Co. is a local Loveland custom design and fabrication company with the ability to turn your concepts and ideas into practical working projects or simply help you upgrade your current manufacturing process.

Our machine shop houses CNC mills, a manual mill, a CNC lathe, and a manual lathe as well as injection molding equipment to offer you a full range of capabilities. All of our design and drafting work utilizes AutoCAD 2000 and Solid Works. Our specialty work includes automation for manufacturing processes with extensive experience in materials handling systems, food packaging, disk drive assembly, and medical products. We also perform prototype and custom product design and fabrication. From simple brackets and drafting to complex machines such as custom robots and automated systems, PEAK can produce what you are looking for. We have designed and installed custom welding equipment that might be very applicable to your manufacturing line.

All of our projects are assigned to an individual engineer who will manage a team to design, build, program, analyze and install the system. This method gives the engineer total control of the project and allow him to react to issues immediately. In addition to customer approval, each project is reviewed internally, and open communication accommodates flexibility and enhancement of designs.
